—Alternate aspects and personalities split from their originals. Instead of being proper Heroic Spirits, they're personifications of emotions, wishes and various aspects that belong to others.—
Alter-Ego Have a base damage multiplier of 1.0x.

Foreigners take 200% damage from Alter Ego and deal 50% damage against Alter-Ego. -
Rider, 
Caster and 
Assassin take 150% damage from Alter-Ego. -
Saber, 
Archer and 
Lancer take 50% damage from Alter-Ego. -
Pretenders take 50% and deal 200% damage against Alter-Ego. -
Berserkers take 200% damage and deal 150% damage against Alter-Ego.
Beast III/R take 120% damage from Alter-Ego.
