The hero has no attachment to the gold but he couldn't throw it away because it was obvious that it would start shining as soon as it is thrown.	霧の一族は死の間際に英雄へ語った。「この財宝には呪いが注がれている」と。確かに霧の一族の言う通りだった。何もかもが悪い方向へと転がり転がり、全く誰にも止められない。英雄はこんな黄金に元より未練はない。だが、捨てることもできなかった。捨てた瞬間、黄金は持ち主を求めて輝きを増すだろうことは明白だからだ。そしてある日、その呪いは結実した。
