CHARACTER INFO The other monster Servant mech unit that appeared in this already overly chaotic and confusing Halloween. At least on the surface, she looks very much like Mecha Eli-chan, and her Noble Phantasm is similar to Mecha Eli-chan's, and her skills and parameters are exactly the same. What could such a peculiar set of coincidences possibly mean...? Out of all the Elisabeth types, it's said that she is the smartest and has the greatest heroine power. But what is the real, true truth of this monster mech...? "I'm warning you: If you call me compatible, I'll kill you." BOND 1 Height: 156cm Weight: 4000kg Origin: Halloween Strike! Region: Prison Castle Csejte Alignment: Lawful Good Gender: Female Model "I have everything a weapon needs. Firepower, defensive capability, and cruelty. I don't go easy on anyone! Got it?" BOND 2 Mecha Eli-chan Mk.II. While MK.I's attribute as the lord of the land made her strong, this model was made strong through her attributes as a guardian god. She lives by the laws of the gods rather than the laws of humans. The intelligence and diplomatic grace of a lord are gone, leaving her instead as a merciless defender against humanity (external enemies). Though she no longer has grotesque thoughts of showering herself with the blood of young girls to maintain her beauty, she did manage to hand onto that cruel, sadistic nature. BOND 3 『Breast Zero Erzébet』 Rank: B NP Type: Anti-Army-Individual Range: 40-1 Maximum Targets: 1 Steel Sky Demoness. Mecha Eli-chan directs her full compliment of artillery at a single person in the ultimate private concert. Normally, this is an Anti-Army NP, and it's honestly a bit brutal that it's all getting used on one person. Although Mk.II vehemently denies it, her fundamental thought process is the same as Elisabeth Báthory's. Mk.II's natural intellect and composed nature normally seals Elisa's inherent power, but there is a chance her sealed inner nature may reveal itself when she goes berserk after reaching maximum output. BOND 4 Innocent Kaiju: EX An id_es skill altered from its base, "Innocent Monster." As an iron dragon girl, Mecha Eli-chan uses the power of movie-making special effects to fly through the air, breathe fire, shoot electricity, and fire missiles. Her capabilities are truly befitting a guardian god of iron. The user of this skill believes a villainous theme song should play when she employs it. Overload Type II: C A skill altered from the one that Frankenstein and Babbage possess. While the Noble Phantasm is not strengthened , Hp is sacrificed to increase the NP gauge. According to a robotics researcher identified only by the initial M: "Is the battery leaking or something?" Mecha Eli-Punch: EX Mecha Eli-chan Mk.II summons her superstructures's hand to attack. As there is a strange rule stating that this skill can only be used when she is an enemy of humanity, she is unable to use it if she gains a Master. BOND 5 A cool girl who detests being called "Mecha Eli-chan," and insists on simply being called "Mk.II". She looks down on humans and considers them to be nothing more than decorations for her nation. It is her practice to manage humans forcibly should they elect to disobey her. ...Yet, she is aware that such thoughts are not good for the people, so she does not call herself the "law for goodness." She rules by being evil to humans, and makes it the people's first task to be good. Such is the evil Mecha Eli-chan who possesses convictions hidden beneath her disdain for humanity. Clear : 5th Bond Level and Chapter 15 - Final Explosion Coaster The ruthless yet good-natured Mk. I was unable to see through Osakabehime's real intentions and fell. Meanwhile, despite seeing through Osakabe-hime's true nature, Mk. II did not went into righteous indignation? but instead unemotionally set out to administrate the Csejte Castle and dominate over the Halloween as a Servant. For Mk. II, both Osakabe-hime and Chaldea are the same. Nothing but "tools that came from the outside and possess a Holy Grail", which exist in order to perpetuate the Csejte Castle. Unlike the feudal lord copy that is the Mk. I, the Mk. II was completely built as a guardian idol. In a sense, she is the defense mechanism of the Csejte Castle itself. The megaframe (giant mecha) that appeared in the background of the Himeji Castle is her main body, but because its prana consumption is colossal, it can only properly move its two hands. She appeared as a cool and cruel villain, but the end result is as you know. At the end of the day, since she is just like Elizabeth, she ended up opening her heart to the Master who is concerned about her. As usual, her (sub) heroine-power alone is high. Having lost the sensitivity as a feudal lord, the feeling that is possible to come to an agreement through dialogue, she solely conducts herself as a ruthless defense mechanism towards humanity (foreign enemies). Although the grotesque notion of bathing herself in the blood of maidens in order to maintain her beauty is no more, that sadism, cruelty has certainly been inherited. The ultimate private live in which Mecha Eli-chan throws all her armaments into a single individual. The reckless action of employing something meant for anti-army purposes against an individual. Although Mk II denies it, her intellectual basis is the same as Elizabeth Bathory. Despite sealing the Eliza-power with her inherent coolness and intelligence, that true nature that she has been sealing seldom appears only at this time, in which she goes on a rampage at full power. BOND 4 Innocent Kaiju: EX An id_es skill that mutated from "Innocent Monster". Through the power of a peculiar filming, the dragon-girl of iron Mecha Eli-chan flies on the sky, breathes fire, leaks electric shocks and fire missiles. That way of being is truly that of a guardian deity of steel. She believes that a villain-like theme song ought to be played whenever she uses this skill. Overload (Revised): C A variation of the skill that Frankenstein and Babbage possess. Although it does not increase the power of the Noble Phantasm, it rises the NP charge sacrificing HP.
