Penthesilea is an Amazonian queen of Greek mythology. She is the daughter of Ares, and is said to have multiple sisters, including Hippolyta, whose girdle was stolen by Heracles.
After the death of Hektor, the Amazon military led by Penthesilea sided with Troy, and fought against the Achaean forces.
And thus Queen Penthesilea engaged in a duel with the enemy's hero, Achilles. Its conclusion resulted in the greatest humiliation of Penthesilea's life.

Calling her "beautiful" was probably reflexive on his part.
She fought as a warrior. She was not showing her feminine side. If her fight to the death was against a true warrior, such a hero would have felt relieved from seeing their enemy defeated. "They're defeated." "I'm glad I didn't die." "Won't get up ever again." Yet he... unbelievably...
Rage beyond comprehension or description exploded within her.

However, whenever she is confronted by Achilles, her sense of reason evaporates. She has a similar, if not as powerful, response to seeing any of the loathed Greek heroes.

Warriors that fight by her side are emboldened and strengthened by the roar, as if led by the God of War himself.
During the Trojan War, it was said that the battle cry of the Amazons caused the enemy to tremble in fear.
Whenever she comes face-to-face with the cause of her rage (a Greek hero, or anything similar derived from the Greeks) her roar will sound until she, or her enemy, is killed.

Her vengeful hatred for Achilles, her warrior spirit striving for strength, and War God Ares' bloodline... all of these things are roused in her fury, and she purposefully transforms into a beast, a true Berserker who has lost all sense of reason.
She charges forward, screaming "Achilles!!!" even if the target is not Achilles, as she can think of nothing else. She attacks with everything she has, whether with weapons or barehanded, and in the end, finishes everything by biting like a beast.

「アキレウスゥゥゥ！」と叫びつつ突進し、（たとえ相手がアキレウスでなくても。この時の彼女にとってはそうである）ありとあらゆる武器と肉体で攻撃し、最後にはまさに獣のように噛み付いてトドメを刺す。

彼女は後年の「美の化身じみて完成した」姿で現界する事を無意識に拒んでいる。
その姿こそが自身最大の屈辱を生んだため、「そんな美を持った年齢時は全盛期ではない」という事なのだろう。
仮に、成長しきったトロイア戦争時の彼女（一般的な人間の肉体年齢感覚で言えば5～10年後）が召喚された場合、ランサーやアーチャー、或いはライダーのクラスで現界すると考えられる。

With her sleeping vengeance towards Achilles, and that warrior spirit that desires strength, the blood of the War God Ares; all of these are momentarily excited, and in terms of consciousness, she transforms into a true berserk warrior, like a beast that has lost all reason.
Shouting "ACHILLESSS" whilst advancing, (even if the other party is not Achilles. at that moment, she perceives them as him) she attacks with all her weapons and body parts, dealing the final blow by biting them like a beast.
The ultimate anti-Achilles killing technique.

As that form was what produced her greatest humiliation, it is seen as "that age holding such beauty is not me at my prime".
But supposing, the grown-up version of herself from the Trojan War (generally 5-10 years later in terms of human body age) is summoned, it is believed that she can manifest in the Lancer, Archer, and even Rider classes.
