That was how Attila the San(ta), last year's Santa, appointed Quetzalcoatl the new Santa. And while Quetzalcoatl was delighted to become Santa after casually accepting the Christmas Holy Grail, three problems arose.
First, Quetzalcoatl confused samba with Santa.
Second, because Santa Claus, an idea from a different culture, and Mesoamerica's principle deity did not mix well together, the aspects of Quetzalcoatl as a god of good and a god of battle...split.
And lastly, the impact from the separation caused the evil Quetzalcoatl, her darker self, to be blasted all the way to Mexico along with the Christmas Holy Grail.
Initially, Quetzalcoatl continued with her Santa duties without really worrying about it, but this was pretty clearly something that needed to be dealt with.
It wasn't long before Quetzalcoatl received word that a Singularity had been detected in Mexico. When she went to investigate, she found snow falling in a Mexican city, as well as a mysterious lucha tournament―where the winning team is said to be granted the power of the true Santa―called the "Santa Tag Tournament" that was about to begin...

Those who love samba.
Quetzalcoatl's samba life may have started with a misunderstanding, but since she was so determined to go through with it, she educated herself on what samba was and arrived at the conclusion that, "Samba is really cool, yes!"
...Aaand that's why she's so obsessed with samba now, so much so that she thinks of it as a wonderful part of human culture developed during their wonderful growth.
The problem is...no one around her had any real knowledge of samba, so the style of samba that she studied and trained at so fervently may be a bit...unconventional. She doesn't care. What really matters is her passion...right?

Christmas Tactics: EX
Quetzalcoatl is the soul of Lucha Libre, but at the same time also became the very epitome of Santa Claus. To resolve the contradiction between these two incompatible aspects, she developed a way of fighting in the lucha ring that maintains the style of Santa Claus. According to her, rather than using her usual aerial tactics, she employs "Christmas tactics". She doesn't fly through the air so much as through the concept of Christmas itself. They say that when this Santa Claus flies into the air, holy bells jingle three times, ringing across the wrestling mat that is the jungle.

"No, it's a Christmas present!"
It is Quetzalcoatl's Santa Claus move, whereby she uses all her might to send the world's children presents for Christmas. "Regalo de Navidad" is Spanish for "Christmas present". It is also known as Yucatán Present Slam. Maybe this is because she unleashes her Noble Phantasm to the samba beat with such enthusiasm. In any case, what results is a ludicrously large present falling from low orbit.
The sheer size and impact force of this method of present delivery resemble the meteor said to have crashed into the Yucatán Peninsula in ancient times－one that is also said to have been the source of her Divinity. Of course, this present wouldn't wipe out the dinosaurs, but is instead filled with all manner of things that will bring children joy.
Even if it's unleashed when the villains (rudos) are in the ring, it would delight the children watching the match, so in the end, this Noble Phantasm exists only to bring happiness and smiles to the children of the world.

Her personality is largely unchanged from her normal self. But whenever a problem arises, she will typically try to solve it using the rhythm of the samba, or as Santa Claus. Because...why not?
But what happens if neither works?

一つ、ケツァル・コアトルがサンバとサンタを間違えていたこと。
一つ、他の信仰体系の概念（サンタクロース）と、南米の主神の食い合わせの悪さのため、
『善神としてのケツァル・コアトル』と
『戦う神としてのケツァル・コアトル』
が分離してしまったこと。
一つ、分離の衝撃でその悪のケツァル・コアトル、ブラック・ケツァルがクリスマス聖杯と共にメキシコへ飛んでしまったこと。
当初は「別に気にすることないデース！」とサンタクロース活動に励んでいた彼女であったが、もちろん気にする必要はあった。
ほどなくしてメキシコ特異点化の報告を受けたケツァル・コアトル。現地に飛んで見たのは、雪の降り積もる異常なメキシコの町の光景と、
優勝チームが真のサンタとなる力を与えられると謳う謎のルチャイベント、
『サンタタッグトーナメント』の開催であった―――

勘違いから始まったサンバライフではあるが、「やるからにはきちんと向き合わないと」と勉強した結果、
人間好きな彼女としては当然に「サンバって本当にいいものなのね……！」と感銘を受けることになった。
なので今の彼女は人間という種が成長の最中に作り上げた素晴らしい文化としてサンバを愛している。
問題は、周囲に正しいサンバを知る者がいなかったため、本人が真面目な修練の果てに学習したスタイルが世間一般の
サンバとはズレている可能性があるところだが……彼女は気にしない。
一番大事なのは好きだという気持ちです、そうでしょう？

ケツァル・コアトルは魂のルチャドーラである。
しかし同時に今回は魂のサンタになってしまった。

巨大プレゼントである。
そのインパクトは古代、ユカタン半島に墜ちたという巨大隕石―――彼女という神性のルーツともされる―――を彷彿とさせる。
勿論、この彼女のプレゼントには恐竜を絶滅させるような何かではなく、子供達を喜ばせる何かがいっぱいに詰まっている。
もしリングの上で悪役（ルード）に炸裂した場合でもそれを観戦していた子供達が喜ぶため、結局のところ、この宝具は子供達を笑顔にするためにのみ存在しているのである。

Quetzalcoatl was thus selected by last year's Santa, Altera the San(ta), in this manner.
She happily accepted the Christmas Holy Grail that was trivially handed over to her, but then three issues occurred.
First, Quetzalcoatl mistook Santa for samba.
Second, due being a bad fit between the concepts of chief god of South America and the other religious system (Santa Claus), she was split
between "the Quetzalcoatl as a virtuous god" and "the Quetzalcoatl as a war god".
Third, thanks to the shock of that spit, the evil Quetzalcoatl (Black Quetzalcoatl) was sent flying all the way to Mexico together with the Christmas Holy Grail.
At first she endeavoured in the Santa Claus enterprise while thinking that "there is no need to worry", but of course
that was not the case.
Before long, Quetzalcoatl heard the report that Mexico had turned into a Singularity.
What she saw upon flying all the way there was the sight of a snow-covered Mexican city and an enigmatic lucha libre that declared to bestow the true power of a Santa to the winning team.

Despite the fact that her samba life began with a misunderstanding, as result of her studies while thinking
"if I am going to do this, I have to be serious about it", her human-loving self ended up receiving a deep impression that "samba is actually something very good...!"
Thus, she currently loves samba as a wonderful piece of culture that the human species produced during their process of growth.
The problem is, due the absence of someone who properly knew samba around her, there is a possibility
that the style that she obtained at the end of her serious training is something slightly off from conventional samba... but she herself does not mind this much.

Quetzalcoatl's soul is that of a luchadora.
However, now her soul is also that of a Santa.
What she developed to resolve that contradiction in her way of being was

What she employs is a combat methodology for bustling about not on the air, but on the concept of Christmas itself.

Yucatan peninsula―――which is regarded as the roots of her divinity.
Of course, her present does not pack something that eradicated the dinosaurs, but something that makes children overjoy.
Since the children who watch this become overjoyed even if the ring is filled
with villains (rudos), in the end, this Noble Phantasm exists only for the sake of making children smile.
